KTV Working Drone has partners in 65 countries worldwide. Although several partners are still awaiting operational permits, we expect all countries to be operational by the end of 2025.
Our goal is to increase the number of country partners to 75 by the end of 2025.
Many countries are establishing sub-franchise partners to meet demand, and we now have a total of 78 contractual partners globally.
The strong market demand means that this number is expected to exceed 120 partners by the end of 2025.
KTV Working Drone is now an established international brand, and in 2024 we made significant progress in development, including our proprietary sensor that enables autonomous flight.
What’s new in 2025?
In 2025, we will launch a brand-new drone model combined with several sensors and improved software. As before, our goal is for each drone to operate autonomously for facade and window cleaning, with the pilot present only for safety. Moving forward, we will also be able to handle cleaning for complex buildings.
KTV Working Drone is known for drones that clean buildings. In 2025, we will expand our focus to sectors such as energy, oil, gas, and infrastructure, introducing a range of new services.
The most exciting development may be the drone designed for spray painting and nanocoating. This has been an extensive and complex development project, but we are now in the final stages and plan to launch this service by the end of 2025.
Stricter safety regulations
Several countries have already introduced strict regulations for facade climbers performing building cleaning due to safety concerns.
From reliable sources in one of our partner countries, we know that over 150 people die annually in accidents related to climbing and BMU systems in that country alone. Globally, this figure is shockingly high.
We expect stricter regulations to be implemented in more countries. Soon, we may look back on the era when people were sent out in harnesses to clean buildings and windows as a time thankfully left behind.
KTV Working Drone was the first company to invest significant time and resources into developing documentation and operational permits to work safely and securely in compliance with laws and regulations. We manage permits in all the countries where we operate.
Innovation and safety
Our method of securing drones from rooftops is currently under patenting and represents a significant milestone. We have worked closely with AESA, which is now developing new guidelines based on our experience and documentation.
We have noticed that many attempt to copy KTV Working Drone’s ideas and technology. However, these actors are far behind us in development. Many of these imitators operate without distance sensors, which significantly increases the risk during operations.
We have been informed of a serious accident involving an operator copying KTV Group. As a result, the operator was banned from conducting further operations in that country.
Attempts to replicate successful products and services will always occur, but such incidents damage the entire industry, and efforts must be made to limit this.
Software and ISO standards
In addition to drone development, we are working on advanced software and safety systems such as Bluetag ERP. To date, we have invested 8 million euros in the system, which ensures our operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. The system logs data on pilots, drones, locations, and projects, enabling deviations to be handled efficiently and correctly.
Bluetag ERP is also designed to support and uphold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Our goal is to ISO-certify all our partners over the next few years.
A global family
KTV Working Drone views all partners as part of one big family. Our goal is for all partners to contribute and support each other so that we stand stronger as an organization, transcending borders and continents.
We strongly believe that this strategy will enable us to capture even greater market shares in a rapidly growing market.
We wish everyone a Happy New Year and all the best for 2025!
