KTV Working Drone technology was used for exterior facade cleaning at Haraldsplass Deaconess Hospital in Bergen, Norway. The project was carried out by our Norwegian partner, KTV Group.
The project was completed in two stages. First, the facades were thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and organic growth. The surfaces were then treated with KTV SelfCleaner, providing a long-lasting effect that helps keep the facades clean over time.
By moving the work away from lifts, scaffolding and traditional work at height, KTV Working Drone technology significantly reduces HSE risk while requiring less rigging and enabling more efficient project execution.
The reduced need for heavy access equipment and transport on site also contributes to a more sustainable approach. This is particularly valuable for properties such as hospitals, where safety, accessibility and minimal disruption to daily operations are important.
The Haraldsplass project also reflects the growing use of KTV Working Drone technology within public infrastructure and property maintenance in Norway. Together with our Norwegian partner KTV Group, the technology is already being used across major public property agreements in Oslo and Stavanger.
KTV Working Drone continues to develop technology and methods that make exterior building maintenance safer, more efficient and more sustainable.
