KTV Working Drone Scotland at Inverness Castle.

KTV Working Drone Scotland has carried out a full window cleaning operation at Inverness Castle in the Scottish Highlands as part of the ongoing renovation of the historic landmark, ahead of its reopening to the public.

The work was performed on behalf of High Life Highland, the organisation responsible for the care and management of the castle. The project required a safe, precise and non-invasive cleaning method suitable for a sensitive heritage building in an active construction environment.

Using drone-based cleaning technology, the team was able to complete the operation efficiently without the need for scaffolding, lifts or work at height. This ensured minimal disruption to the renovation process while maintaining the highest standards of safety for both personnel and the building.

The project at Inverness Castle demonstrates how drone technology enables modern, safe and efficient maintenance of historic and complex buildings, even during demanding renovation phases.

KTV Working Drone is the market leader, with partners in 68 countries. Our system, the first of its kind, eliminates the need for people working at height, significantly reduces operational risk, and delivers one of the most sustainable cleaning solutions available today.
