KTV Working Drone launches KTV Care.

KTV Working Drone introduces KTV Care, a long-term maintenance agreement designed to protect building exteriors while giving owners predictability, lower risk, and reduced lifecycle costs.

KTV Care combines annual drone-based cleaning of facades and windows with advanced drone inspections every three years. Using high-resolution visual imaging and thermal sensors, inspections identify moisture intrusion, thermal leakage, cracks, roof leaks, corrosion, and other structural deviations long before they become visible or costly.

KTV Working Drone has developed proprietary software for autonomous flight and standardized data capture, ensuring consistent inspection quality across sites and over time. In addition, KTV operates a dedicated global reporting organization that supports the entire partner network worldwide, delivering structured engineering reports for deviations such as damage, leaks, corrosion, cracks, and thermal anomalies.

This means all KTV Working Drone partners can now offer professional inspection services not only for real estate and building assets, but also across oil & gas, energy, and critical infrastructure, with the same standardized workflows, documentation, and reporting quality.

All inspection data is analysed by qualified engineers using KTV’s proprietary software to detect, compare, and document deviations over time. This gives owners clear, actionable reporting and a solid foundation for long-term maintenance planning, budgeting, and prioritization.

By integrating cleaning, inspection, and documentation into one structured agreement, KTV Care supports FDV requirements and reduces the risk of damage caused by insufficient or inconsistent maintenance.

KTV Care gives you predictable maintenance, reduced risk, and smarter asset care.
