Executive Leader Business Strategy - AI and Automation
KTV Working Drone operates in 67 countries with franchise partners worldwide. Our vision is to become the world’s leading drone company within our service segment, delivering comprehensive and autonomous drone solutions through our own developed methods and technologies.
We are now seeking a strong administrative and strategic leader with deep understanding of finance, AI technologies, and ISO 9001 quality systems. The right candidate will play a key role in scaling the company globally through structured management, automation, and innovation.
About the Role
The position includes responsibility for:
- Strategic and financial management, including budgeting and profitability
- Contract negotiation and supplier agreements
- Global logistics planning and coordination
- Implementation and development of AI-based automation and efficiency systems
- Oversight of quality and compliance processes aligned with ISO 9001
- Leadership and direction for IT and ERP system development
- Active participation in strategic decisions at board level
- Building and maintaining relations with investor groups and financial partners
Key Qualifications
- Strong administrative and financial competence
- Experience with AI tools, automation, and digital business transformation
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
- Ability to manage suppliers, logistics, and international operations independently
- Experience in or understanding of IT and ERP development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Established network or ability to connect with investors and capital partners
- Fluent in English

KTV Working Drone has developed its own ERP platform – Bluetag, used by all franchise partners. The system integrates CRM, logistics, operations, and financial management, and has already attracted investment invitations totaling EUR 8 million.
KTV Working Drone is the first company in the world to commercialize autonomous drones for cleaning, inspection, and surface treatment in the oil, gas, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
R&D remains central to the company’s continued growth.
Location
Headquarters on Askøy, near Bergen, Norway.
The position can also be performed remotely from other countries, if practical and agreed upon.
Some international travel must be expected.
