KTV Window/Metal Cleaner is specially developed to clean windows without mechanical impact, eliminating the risk of damage to glass, frames, or facade surfaces.

This inspection service can also be integrated with our cleaning and surface treatment solutions, offering a complete and efficient approach to building maintenance and asset management.

Inspection services
Partners gain access to drones and specialized KTV Working Drone app software that simplify inspections, which can be offered to customers after cleaning or surface treatment. Through our portal you upload images, and receive a full engineer reviewed report that can be shared with the customer. Damage, leaks, or thermal leaks are identified. The quality is very high, and the report service is very cost effective.

This enables the early detection of heat loss, moisture intrusion, corrosion, structural changes, and loose facade elements with fall risk, long before damage becomes visible or costly.

KTV SelfCleaner, innovation from Norway.
Between 2010 and 2015, KTV developed KTV SelfCleaner in response to the damage caused by high-pressure washing and aggressive chemicals. Launched in 2015, this solution has now been applied to over 20 million square meters of building surfaces worldwide.
KTV SelfCleaner is specifically designed to treat facades affected by mold, algae, and bacteria without damaging the material. This method extends the life of your building’s exterior while significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Combined with drone technology—which removes people from hazardous work zones—this creates the perfect formula for sustainable, efficient building maintenance.
Protection of mineral surfaces.
We have developed a unique method for applying KTV NanoCoating after cleaning. The product creates a protective barrier that prevents water penetration and helps keep surfaces cleaner for longer. It has a lifespan of up to 10 years.
KTV NanoCoating is recommended for all mineral surfaces, including plaster, concrete, brick façades, and similar materials.
Thanks to our proprietary drone technology, we can apply the coating at a rate of up to 2,000 m² per hour. This makes it an ideal solution for use in the property, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Through our long-term agreements, customers receive free access to the BlueTag documentation system.
KTV Working Drone manages all administration, including the upload of job reports, images, video, documents and O&M documentation. A complete history of all work performed is built up over time, providing the board with full transparency while significantly reducing administrative workload.
Customers are given access to a dedicated website that is always available, where all documentation is gathered in one place. A key feature of the system is that all work is always documented with reports and images. This is particularly valuable during board member changes or when questions arise from residents.
In our customer surveys, all customers rate the system at the highest level, highlighting in particular the value of the time saved. BlueTag is internationally recognised, developed since 2009, and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Sustainability
Our technology is designed to remove personnel from hazardous work environments, eliminating the need for scaffolding and aerial lifts. In most cases, the total time required for operations is significantly reduced.
We’ve also developed the KTV PowerCleaner, a high-pressure washer powered entirely by battery, making it 100% electric. This machine is unique in its class and features a pure water system that minimizes the need for chemicals, reducing environmental impact.
