KTV Working Drone Finland has once again signed an agreement with Royal Caribbean Cruises, following the successful deployment of drones on Icon of the Seas in 2023.
The drones from KTV Working Drone provide an efficient and safe solution for complex cleaning tasks on ships, reducing costs while improving employee safety. Compared to robotic systems, which are more complex to operate, significantly more expensive, and less visually discreet, drones offer a practical and innovative alternative.
KTV Working Drone’s solutions for the shipping industry have attracted considerable attention, and we expect further contracts with additional shipping companies. Later this year, we will also launch the next generation of drones, designed to handle deep cleaning of tankers and cargo vessels.
