Job Title: Drone Pilot
Location: Halifax, NS & Vancouver, BC
We are seeking drone pilots to join our team in Halifax and Vancouver. This position will require you to work independently and collaboratively with other pilots. Training can be provided.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in a very exciting start-up adventure where you will also have the opportunity to participate in the further development of KTV Working Drone. We are working on several projects and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drones safely and efficiently complete each day’s tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all Transport Canada regulations and guidelines for drone operations.
- Conduct pre-flight checks and assess potential hazards before each flight.
- Maintain and calibrate drones and equipment as required.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding project details and deadlines.
- Analyze data collected during flights and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Strong understanding of drone technology, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be a mature individual with a positive attitude.
