The KTV Clean-water method
Our innovative KTV Clean-water method is the premier solution for effectively cleaning glass surfaces and facades without the need for harsh chemicals. By utilizing reverse osmosis, we are able to achieve a chemical free outcome that is both long lasting and environmentally friendly.
For facades with a high level of dust accumulation, our cleaning method is the perfect solution. Not only does it effectively clean both facades and windows simultaneously, but it is especially well-suited for urban areas where dust can be a major issue.
Our state of the art drone is equipped with a hose that delivers purified water, filtered through reverse osmosis, at 100 bar pressure and heated to 70°C. Each window surface is cleaned twice to ensure optimal results.
Regular window cleaning is essential, with most windows requiring at least two cleanings per year, and up to six times in special climates.
Our method is designed to prevent damage to facades and windows, as drones do not cause mechanical stress on surfaces. With lower pressure and less risk of damage, our KTV Clean-Water Method can save you maintenance costs in the long run. While manual window cleaning may result in a slightly cleaner surface, it is also more expensive and time-consuming compared to our drone method. Although the drone works faster, it may not offer the same level of control and inspection during the cleaning process as manual methods.
KTV High pressure method
KTV High pressure cleaning utilizes advanced drone technology to clean surfaces at pressures up to 300 bar. This method is ideal for preparing surfaces for painting or restoring neglected buildings.
It is important to note that high pressure cleaning can be abrasive and may cause damage to surfaces.
Prior to surface treatment, a high pressure cleaning is often required to effectively remove dirt and grime.
Our drones are equipped with specially designed rotating nozzles and sensor technology to ensure swift and efficient cleaning.By using our drone technology, we eliminate the need for personnel to work at heights or risk eye injuries from high pressure cleaning. This ensures a safer working environment for everyone involved. Trust KTV High Pressure Cleaning for all your surface cleaning needs.
Sustainability
Our technology is designed to remove personnel from hazardous work environments, eliminating the need for scaffolding and aerial lifts. In most cases, the total time required for operations is significantly reduced.
We’ve also developed the KTV PowerCleaner, a high-pressure washer powered entirely by battery, making it 100% electric. This machine is unique in its class and features a pure water system that minimizes the need for chemicals, reducing environmental impact.
Sustainable cleaning methods
Our cleaning methods were developed as early as 2015, with a clear focus on sustainability and surface protection. We aim to reduce water pressure during cleaning and avoid all mechanical contact with surfaces.
The KTV SelfCleaner and KTV WindowCleaner systems are designed to preserve facades and windows over time, preventing surface damage while maintaining cleanliness.
Buildings and infrastructure within real estate, oil & gas, energy, and public works often have life cycles of over 100 years. This makes maintenance method selection crucial for sustainability.
We understand long-term maintenance, and our solutions are among the most sustainable methods available today.

SelfCleaner is a specialized cleaning method designed to eliminate the need for high-pressure washing, which can often be too harsh on building facades.
The SelfCleaner solution is applied as a foam using low pressure, either through long telescopic poles or by drone. While results are not immediate, the surface gradually cleans itself over time. Visible effects typically appear within a few weeks, and full results are achieved after approximately three months.
During application, windows may temporarily appear white due to the foam. This disappears within about 10 minutes. If any residue dries due to sunlight, it will rinse off easily with the next rain or water contact.
This cleaning process is far more environmentally friendly and significantly gentler on building materials than traditional pressure washing. It’s also much faster and produces less noise, making it ideal for residential areas.
SelfCleaner is non-toxic and completely safe for both the building and anyone in the surrounding area during application.
To perform the treatment, temperatures must be above 0°C, and we require low wind and minimal rainfall. Weather conditions may impact scheduling.
You don’t need to clear balconies or terraces before the application—if your furniture can withstand rain, it can withstand SelfCleaner.
For those with sensitive plants on their balconies, we recommend moving them indoors during the treatment in case of strong sun and wind. This precaution is typically unnecessary in overcast or humid conditions.
For surfaces with high dust buildup, we use the clean water method, which cleans both facades and windows simultaneously. This approach is particularly effective in urban environments where dust accumulation is a common issue.
The drone carries a hose delivering purified water through reverse osmosis, and cleans surfaces using 100 bar water pressure heated to 70°C. Each surface is cleaned twice, delivering results comparable to traditional soap-and-water cleaning with rinsing.
We always inform clients that manual window cleaning by climbers or lift operators typically yields slightly cleaner results, as workers can visually inspect each surface. However, manual cleaning is significantly more time consuming and costly. The drone offers a faster and safer solution, with excellent cleaning performance and no need for physical contact.
For facades affected by moss, algae, or organic buildup, we use the KTV SelfCleaner method. The drone lifts the hose and applies the self-cleaning agent directly onto the surface. This product is designed to dry naturally, with visible results after 14 days and full effect achieved after 3 months.
The method was specifically developed to avoid high-pressure cleaning, which can damage building surfaces. It has been used successfully on over 20 million square meters worldwide.
With KTV Working Drone, we offer a wide range of services including facade cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel washing, cleaning of infrastructure and installations, drone inspections, and soon surface treatments and much more.
