Aceasta se poate aplica nu doar angaja\u021bilor, ci \u0219i lucr\u0103torilor angaja\u021bi, furnizorilor, contractan\u021bilor sau altor p\u0103r\u021bi externe conectate organiza\u021biei.<\/b><\/p><p>Toate persoanele \u2013 angaja\u021bi, lucr\u0103tori angaja\u021bi, furnizori sau p\u0103r\u021bi externe \u2013 au dreptul s\u0103 raporteze condi\u021biile reprobabile de care devin con\u0219tiente \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu activit\u0103\u021bile organiza\u021biei.<\/p><p><b>Condi\u021biile reprobabile includ:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>\u00cenc\u0103lc\u0103ri ale legilor \u0219i reglement\u0103rilor \u00een vigoare<\/li><li>Nerespectarea liniilor directoare interne scrise \u0219i etice ale companiei<\/li><li>\u00cenc\u0103lc\u0103ri ale normelor etice recunoscute pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u00een societate<\/li><\/ul><p>Un raport de avertizare intern\u0103 reprezint\u0103 notificarea efectiv\u0103 privind o astfel de condi\u021bie reprobabil\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e8f9ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e8f9ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Cum s\u0103 preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 trimite\u021bi un raport privind condi\u021bii inacceptabile<\/strong><\/h4><p><strong>Preg\u0103ti\u021bi informa\u021bii concrete \u0219i clare:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Descrie\u021bi ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat: Fi\u021bi specific \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu evenimentele, datele, persoanele implicate \u0219i consecin\u021bele acestora.<\/li><li>Documenta\u021bie: Colecta\u021bi dovezi relevante, cum ar fi e-mailuri, mesaje, fotografii, rapoarte sau alte materiale suport.<\/li><li>Obiectivitate: Concentra\u021bi-v\u0103 pe fapte \u0219i evita\u021bi specula\u021biile sau presupunerile.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi angajat al KTV Working Drone, urma\u021bi procedurile interne de raportare:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Verifica\u021bi ghidurile companiei: Afla\u021bi dac\u0103 organiza\u021bia dvs. are o procedur\u0103 specific\u0103 pentru raportarea problemelor \u0219i urma\u021bi-o dac\u0103 respect\u0103 reglement\u0103rile privind avertizorii de integritate (whistleblowing).<\/li><li>Utiliza\u021bi canalele corecte: Raporta\u021bi superiorului direct, departamentului de HR, unui reprezentant de siguran\u021b\u0103 sau altei persoane responsabile de gestionarea acestor situa\u021bii. Dac\u0103 aceasta nu este o op\u021biune sigur\u0103, lua\u021bi \u00een considerare canalele externe de raportare.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-adb5ad8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"adb5ad8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Care este diferen\u021ba dintre un raport de avertizare \u0219i o pl\u00e2ngere?<\/strong><\/h4><p><b>Whistleblowing-ul <\/b>apare atunci c\u00e2nd un angajat, lucr\u0103tor contractat, furnizor sau o parte extern\u0103 raporteaz\u0103 o condi\u021bie inacceptabil\u0103 legat\u0103 de activit\u0103\u021bile unei organiza\u021bii. O condi\u021bie inacceptabil\u0103 este definit\u0103 ca: \u00eenc\u0103lcarea legilor \u0219i reglement\u0103rilor, nerespectarea ghidurilor etice scrise ale companiei, \u00eenc\u0103lcarea normelor etice larg acceptate \u00een societate.<\/p><p>Nu conteaz\u0103 cum este denumit raportul sau cum este clasificat (de exemplu: abatere, pl\u00e2ngere, preocupare, raport etc.). Con\u021binutul raportului \u0219i natura problemei determin\u0103 dac\u0103 se calific\u0103 ca whistleblowing.<\/p><p><b>O pl\u00e2ngere<\/b> apare atunci c\u00e2nd o persoan\u0103, fie angajat, fie parte extern\u0103, \u00ee\u0219i exprim\u0103 nemul\u021bumirea fa\u021b\u0103 de ceva, dar aceasta nu implic\u0103 neap\u0103rat o condi\u021bie inacceptabil\u0103. Con\u021binutul pl\u00e2ngerii va determina dac\u0103 aceasta constituie whistleblowing.<\/p><p><b><i>De exemplu, se poate \u00eent\u00e2mpla ca o pl\u00e2ngere s\u0103 vizeze o situa\u021bie care ulterior se dovede\u0219te a fi o \u00eenc\u0103lcare legal\u0103 sau un abateri etice interne ale companiei, caz \u00een care aceasta se consider\u0103 un raport de
