INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

KTV Working Drone is a world leading provider of drone-based facade and window cleaning services. We have franchise agreements in 40 countries, and now we are seeking an International Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team.

Through our franchise agreements, KTV Working Drone deliver comprehensive cleaning equipment, drones and IT systems to our partners across the globe.

KTV Working Drone is expanding it’s logistics team. The primary responsibility of the International Logistics Manager is to ensure the company’s fulfillment of all commitments and agreements with existing and potential partners, franchisees, customers, and suppliers related to logistics.

The International Logistics Manager will be involved in various aspects of the logistics process, including coordinating and implementing packaging, shipping, and negotiating with transport providers. The focus will be on guaranteeing smooth and timely logistics operations on a global scale.


Responsibilities:

– Supervise and lead logistical activities.

– Assisting in the coordination and execution of packaging, shipping, and negotiation with transport suppliers.

– Ensuring efficient and timely logistics operations on an international scale.

– Collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes.

– Be our partners primary point of contact in all logistics-related aspects.

– You will be able to influence and take part in further development of Bluetag ERP system integrated extensive logistics functions.


Requirements:

We are seeking a very structured, organized, and experienced team player.

– Bachelor’s degree in business and/or logistics, related studies or equivalent experience. Lack of education can be compensated with extensive proven relevant work experience.

– Proven experience in international logistics.

– Proficiency in using logistics management software and databases.

– Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

– Familiarity in working with innovative technologies is an advantage.

– Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

– Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
