Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je obsah ozn\u00e1men\u00ed a povaha probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9 ur\u010duj\u00ed, zda se jedn\u00e1 o whistleblowing.<\/p><p><strong>St\u00ed\u017enost znamen\u00e1,<\/strong> \u017ee jednotlivec \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e zam\u011bstnanec nebo extern\u00ed osoba \u2013 vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00ed nespokojenost s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed p\u0159edstavovat z\u00e1vadn\u00fd stav.
